Terms of service

Last updated April 2026.

Agreement

These terms govern use of AGEX OS, provided by AGEX Systems Ltd, Banjul, The Gambia. By creating a company account you accept them on behalf of that company.

Trial and subscription

New companies start on a 30-day free trial with no card required. At the end of the trial you choose a plan; if you do not, your data is retained and the account becomes read-only until you subscribe or ask us to delete it.

Subscriptions renew for the period you select — monthly or annually — until cancelled.

Prices and payment

Plan prices are quoted in US dollars. Where an invoice is settled in another currency, the amount and conversion rate are shown at checkout and include a small currency margin.

Payment is by card or mobile money. Invoices are due on issue; we may suspend access to a company with an overdue invoice after written notice.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Your data

Your business data is yours. We claim no ownership of it and will not use it for any purpose other than providing and supporting the service.

You can export your data at any time while your subscription is active. On termination we will make a final export available on request.

Acceptable use

Do not use AGEX OS to store unlawful content, attempt to access another company's data, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access without our written agreement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what your users record and for the accounts you create for them.

Availability and support

We aim to keep AGEX OS available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

Support is by email at support@agex.cloud during Gambian business hours.

Liability

AGEX OS is a record-keeping system. You remain responsible for your accounting, tax, regulatory and contractual obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

You may cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period. We may terminate for material breach of these terms, or for non-payment after notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Republic of The Gambia.
