Privacy policy

AGEX OS is operated by AGEX Systems Ltd, Banjul, The Gambia. For any privacy question, write to info@agex.cloud.

Account data: the name, email address and phone number of people you invite to your company, plus sign-in metadata.

Business data: everything you record in AGEX OS — farmers, suppliers, customers, intakes, stock, invoices and ledger entries. This belongs to your company.

Billing data: your subscription, invoices and payment references. Card details are handled by our payment providers and never stored by us.

Technical data: logs and error reports needed to keep the service running and secure.

To provide the service, support your users, bill your subscription, and keep the platform secure and available.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data to advertise to you or anyone else.

Where you record identifying data about farmers — names, villages, national ID numbers — your company is the controller of that data and is responsible for collecting it lawfully. AGEX Systems Ltd processes it on your instructions to run the service.

National ID capture is optional and configurable per company; turn it off if you do not need it.

Each company's data is isolated by row-level security enforced in the database, not merely in the application. Staff of one company cannot read another's records.

Data is encrypted in transit. Access by our staff is limited to what is needed for support and incident response.

We share data only with the providers needed to run AGEX OS: our cloud and database host, our email delivery provider, and our payment providers for billing.

We may disclose data where required by law.

Business data is retained for as long as your company holds an account. After cancellation we keep it for a limited period so you can export or reactivate, then delete it on request.

Ledger and audit records are never silently altered; corrections are recorded as reversing entries.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by writing to info@agex.cloud. Where the data was recorded by a company using AGEX OS, we will direct the request to that company.

We will post any change to this policy on this page and notify account owners by email where the change is material.
