- What happens after the trial?
- Nothing is deleted. Your company stays intact and read-only until you pick a plan, then everything switches back on.
- How do we pay?
- Card or mobile money. The amount and currency are confirmed at checkout, so there's no foreign card needed.
- Can we import what we already have?
- Yes. Farmers, items, customers, suppliers and opening stock balances import from CSV, with errors fixed inline before anything commits.
- Do you charge per buying point?
- No. Plans cap how many buying points and warehouses you can run, but every user at them is included.
- What if we're a marketing board, not a company?
- Choose the marketing-board profile at setup and the approval, cash-count and audit controls come on by default.
- Is our data separated from other companies?
- Yes. Every table is protected by row-level security keyed to your company; the boundary is enforced in the database, not in the app.
