Ask your business a question. Get the number, not an opinion.

It has read every intake, run, batch, invoice and ledger line your company recorded — and nothing from anyone else's. It answers with the records it used.

Ask in plain words: Which suppliers delivered most, what drying cost per kilo, who is over their credit limit.
Read a document with the camera: Photograph a supplier invoice or waybill and the fields come back filled in for you to check.
Agents on a clock: Moisture drift, low outturn, expiry and credit are watched in the background and filed in Attention.
It proposes, a person decides: The assistant cannot change a record. Approve it and the change runs under your permissions, with your name on it.

Messages

The conversation lives on the document, not in a group chat.

Record threads, department channels, direct messages, voice notes and calls — one surface, and everything said stays next to the thing it was said about.

Threads on records: Notes and photos attached to an intake, batch, delivery, invoice or contract, with seen-by on every message.
Channels private by membership: A channel you are not in is not listed to you. Deleting one is an owner action, on the audit trail.
Voice notes and calls: One tap from the thread you are already in, logged against it, with tones loud enough for a factory floor.
A daily brief that writes itself: One note each morning: what moved yesterday and what is waiting on somebody today.

Devices and sensors

The floor measures. The system records. Nobody retypes anything.

A number typed twice is a number argued about twice. Register the equipment once and the readings arrive as documents in the same system that pays the supplier and posts the ledger.

Weighbridges and scales: Bluetooth at the station or over the network — the net weight lands straight on the intake.
Moisture meters: The reading drives the deduction the supplier sees before they are paid, on your own rules.
Store probes: Cold and raw stores post on their own revocable key. A breach is a deviation the same hour.
Scanners and thermal printers: Serialised bags scanned onto trucks; receipts printed at the station, reprintable and on record.

Every reading lands as a ledger-backed record on the document it belongs to — weight, moisture, temperature, with the device and the time attached.

Approvals

A document climbs your ladder before it can be submitted.

Sales, finance, audit, MD, board — one rung or five. Set who signs off which document type and above what value, and it is enforced in the database, not just on the screen.

Your thresholds: Different ladders for payouts, price lists, invoices and distributions.
Who is waiting on what: The queue shows the value, the requester and the rung it has reached.
Decided next to discussed: Approve or reject in the same place the conversation happened, then open the document itself.
Nothing quietly amended: A submitted document is immutable. Corrections are a cancel and an amend, both on the trail.
